In our orthodontic practice we try to take notice of events/important awards when our patients mention them. I have found it very useful to immediately send a congratulations or appropriate card to acknowledge them. In the past I would go at lunch or on the weekend to purchase just the right card, but now I can just go on-line and find the perfect card and have it sent directly to their home. The response has been very positive and it has helped us maintain a close relationship with our patients.

I thought the card selection (Christmas) was great. I also ordered Thank You cards that I thought were very classic. I wish they would include the gold seal for the back since I think that my customers feel like I really cared by sending a more personal card rather then a commerical looking card that makes you think my assistant sent it out. I will continue to use your cards which sets myself apart from other Loan officers. In our market today we need to have little things like the cards that set us apart from our competition.
