Keith A. Fenhaus is president of Hallmark Business Connections, the business-to-business unit of Hallmark Cards, Inc., focused on strengthening business relationships with employees and customers. As president, Fenhaus is responsible for directing the company’s operations and sales servicing the Fortune 100 and 500. Hallmark Business Connections consolidates the resources of Hallmark’s business-to-business offerings, providing clients with unique solutions specifically for the business market. The company focuses on helping customers and employees engage with businesses in a personal way while delivering a strong ROI for the business.
Previously, Fenhaus was president of Hallmark Insights, which is now consolidated into Hallmark Business Connections. While at Hallmark Insights, Fenhaus served as a catalyst for the company by employing advanced technology to provide secure and scalable incentive processing and integration services. Fenhaus joined Hallmark Insights in 1992 as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Prior to Hallmark Insights, Fenhaus served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Sheffert and Wein, successfully completing acquisitions of portfolio companies, and further advancing to general manager for an acquired lead company. Fenhaus’ career began in the banking industry at First Bank (now US Bank), serving in many roles and ultimately that of chief financial officer for all retail businesses of First Bank.
Fenhaus is a member of the Incentive Marketing Association and the Forum for People, Performance Management and Measurement at Northwestern University. Fenhaus is also on the Board of Directors of MakeMusic, Inc. serving as Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin.
