Heather Teskey is vice president of strategy & marketing for Hallmark Business Connections, the business-to-business unit of Hallmark Cards, Inc., focused on strengthening business relationships with employees and customers. As vice president of strategy & marketing, Teskey is responsible for overseeing strategic planning and execution, client marketing, corporate brand and product development and management. Hallmark Business Connections consolidates the resources of Hallmark’s business-to-business offerings, providing clients with unique solutions specifically for the business market. The company focuses on helping customers and employees engage with businesses in a personal way while delivering a strong ROI for the business.
Previously, Teskey was vice president of marketing and customer relations for Hallmark Insights, which is now consolidated into Hallmark Business Connections. While at Hallmark Insights, Teskey guided the company in its strategic planning, marketing planning and implementation, and customer relationships.
Prior to joining Hallmark Insights, Teskey served as vice president and strategic planner at Campbell Mithun, a full-service advertising agency based in Minneapolis, Minn., where she lead the account service team for H&R Block. Teskey’s strategies and leadership generated a direct marketing campaign response rate of 14 percent, and contributed to 23 percent of overall revenue for the tax giant.
Teskey’s career began at The Lacek Group Worldwide, a international loyalty marketing firm, where she served in their Minneapolis, Singapore and Sydney Australia offices. In Sydney, she was director of account strategy and creative services, providing counsel and implementation for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ANZ Bank, and Starwood.
Teskey graduated with a bachelor’s of administration - marketing from Colorado State University.
